Demolition Specialist Inc. (DSI) has been in business since 2009, with our yard in Riverside. Most of our work is in Southern California and the Inland Empire, and we regularly mobilize for demolition and concrete projects elsewhere in the state: the High Desert, Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, the Central Valley and Northern California.
We own our equipment and run our own crews: walk-behind and ride-on saws, wall saws, core rigs, GPR, hydraulic breakers, excavators, Super 10 dump trucks and roll-off bins. That means one subcontractor for the full scope, from scanning and cutting through demolition, breaking and haul-off, on a fixed-price contract or hourly. DSI is DIR-registered (#1000002162) for prevailing-wage public works.
